I’ve been a resident at Gateway at Cedar Brook for the last five years, and I recently transferred to a new unit this past Saturday. From beginning to end, Ms. Darlene( Community manager ) made the entire transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. She is calm, patient, and always willing to help, no matter how many questions you have. Darlene walked me through every step of the process, made sure I had everything I needed, and followed up to ensure the move went well. Her professionalism and warm personality truly make a difference in this community.
